Make your wedding reception uniquely yours by adding an extra special touch. Here are a few suggestions of special touches to enhance your cocktail reception or dinner. Our staff is also happy to help you create a unique addition to your reception.

Stations

Here are a few selections of themed station. All are accompanied by an attendant.

• Pasta Station
  Enjoy 3 varieties of pastas and sauce, cooked to order: Penne Puttanesca, Cavatelli Alfredo, and Tortellini Romano.
• Oriental Wok Station
  Steak Kew, Chicken Cashew, Veal Peking, Fried Rice
• Potato Pancake (Latke) Station
  Both potato and sweet potato latkes, served with sour cream and applesauce
• Smoked Salmon Station
  Hand carved North Atlantic and Scotch salmons, sliced thin and served with appropriate accompaniments. You may also add assorted vodkas and ice carving at an additional price.
• Raw Bar
  Enjoy a custom raw bar of a variety of fresh seafood featuring an array of iced jumbo shrimp, snow crab claws oysters on the half shell and clams on the half shell (in season). Accompanied with cocktail and Lamaze sauce.
• Intermezzo
  Choose from a variety of fruit sorbets to cleanse the palate before the main course.
• The Desmond Viennese Table
  Delight in a bountiful array of delicious cakes, cookies, pies, miniature pastries and fresh seasonal fruit with flaming Cherries Jubilee and Bananas Foster; surrounded by an elegant swan ice carving. Includes freshly brewed 100% Colombian coffees and a selection of teas.
• Candy Buffet
  Tempt your guests' sweet tooth with an assortment of everyone's favorite candies...a sweet ending to your reception.
