- Controller Seeking a Controller for our 10+ million dollar full service upscale Hotel. Successful candidates will have a minimum five (5) years related experience in Hotel/Hospitality. This position also requires a four (4) year Accounting degree and excellent management skills as the supervisor of our professional Accounting Department staff. - Catering Sales Manager Seeking a dynamic Catering Sales Manager (minimum 4 years Catering/Sales experience) to work directly with prospective and former clients beginnning with the initial contact followed by a series of personal meetings, email and phone communication. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting tours of the facility, promoting Hotel facilities/services, drafting proposals and sample menus, and developing a contract. Must be able to work a flexible schedule (usually Tuesday through Saturday) depending on client needs. Hotel Sales experience and knowledge of Delphi software preferred; excellent communication and organization skills required.
