With more than 24 years of dedicated service at the Desmond, Shelly-Ann brings deep institutional knowledge and trusted expertise.

Since November, Shelly-Ann has been central to the executive team, curating an elevated executive leadership conference experience. She has played a pivotal role in the planning and coordination of our Renaissance Executive Leadership Conference. Through her leadership and intentional approach, she has helped create an atmosphere of exceptional service, one defined by precision, warmth, responsiveness, and a deeply personalized guest experience that reflects the highest standards of executive hospitality.

Shelly-Ann is exceptionally generous with her time, approaching engagements with care, presence, and attentiveness as she works to capture every detail of an event. Her ability to listen closely, anticipate needs, and translate vision into execution ensures that each experience is thoughtfully designed and flawlessly delivered. She's a strong consulting leader who holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She brings strategic insight to her work in executive hospitality and client engagement.
