CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is by 12 noon. Early check in requests and extended check out times are based upon availablity. Additional rates may apply.

100% SMOKE FREE
The Desmond is 100% smoke free in all guestrooms and public areas. Should you or a guest smoke in your room, a minimum fee of $175 will be charged for cleaning.

PET POLICY
The Desmond does not permit animals in our guest rooms.

EARLY ARRIVALS & LATE DEPARTURES
If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make our fitness facilities available for you to freshen up.

NOISE DISTURBANCES
It is our objective to ensure that all of our guests enjoy their stay at The Desmond Hotel. Because of this concern for our guests, complaints of excessive noise or disturbances from guest hallways and hotel rooms will be addressed. If the noise/disturbance continues, the violator will be asked to leave the hotel and guestroom payment will be forfeited.

ALCOHOL RESPONSIBILITY
It is the responsibility of The Desmond Hotel to responsibly serve alcoholic beverages. We will restrict the service of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21 and to any person who is, or who appears to be, overly intoxicated. The Desmond staff reserves the right to stop serving alcohol if they observe overindulgence. We will take appropriate action if anyone else in the party provides alcoholic beverages to an intoxicated or underage person. Should any of these situations arise, the contact person, as designated by the signed contract, will be notified. It is our first priority to be sensitive and protective of the health and safety of all guests. The Desmond Hotel is a licensed liquor establishment and for that reason, all alcoholic beverages consumed during posted operating hours must be purchased from The Desmond Hotel.

PAYMENT

• Cash, Money Orders, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club.
• A company check is accepted for payment if received prior to the guests’ arrival.
  Personal Checks are not accepted.
• Credit Card Authorization Form- Third party billing is available. A completed credit card authorization form must be submitted prior to the guests arrival date.
