Meetings

Meeting must take place in January and February of 2027 and you’ll pay just $89.00 per person for a full day meeting package (DMP). Regular rate is $99+. No limitations! This rate includes gratuity. Sales tax is additional.

Reduced Guest Room Rate

Specially reduced room rates starting at $149.00 for a group block of 10 or more overnight guest rooms, single or double occupancy. Booked for group rooms in Jan. & Feb. 2027 only.

Triple Hilton Honors Points

We’ll give you 3X the Hilton Honors Points that you will earn for booking your master billed group room block and meeting packages in Jan. & Feb. 2027.

10% Off Catering, 25% Off AV

Valid for any a la carte catering booked for an event taking place in Jan. & Feb. 2027 only. Must have a minimum of 50 guests. Discount taken off of published catering menus. Any a la carte AV rented is 25% off published audio visual rates.

Complimentary 30-Minute Reception

Premium brand cocktails and hors d’oeuvres for 30 minutes prior to your planned dinner - on us with purchase of banquet dinner for 50 guests or more. Valid in Jan. & Feb. 2027 only.

Flexible Cancellation Terms

If you have to postpone your meeting due to inclement weather, then 100% of your cancellation fee will be applied to the rebooking of that meeting in the calendar year.
