Day Meeting Plan (DMP)
The Day Meeting Plan (DMP) includes the following services:
- Planning assistance from an experienced Conference Manager.
- Conference/Business Services Desk and staff providing a full range of administrative services.
- Dedicated meeting space with standards of lighting, acoustics, temperature, conference tables, ergonomic chairs, audiovisual capabilities, water services, pads, pens and candy.
- Hot breakfast, plus morning and afternoon breaks provided in the Open Lounge Area along with continuous beverage service all day.
- Conference Center lunch is provided as a buffet to allow total timing flexibility for the facilitator and a variety of options for attendees (working lunch is available upon request).
- Audio Visual Package includes but is not limited to: complimentary next generation high-density Wi-Fi, 2 flip charts with markers, LCD projector and screen.
- On-site AV specialist to assist with your most complex needs (one hour included).
- All service charges associated with the DMP Package.

Complete Meeting Package (CMP)
The Desmond Complete Meeting Package (CMP) is designed to include all of the services in the DMP (above) along with:
- A full breakfast plus morning and afternoon breaks provided in the Open Lounge Area along with continuous beverage service all day.
- Conference Center Dinner featuring a menu designed specifically for your meeting.
- Overnight accommodations in our spacious, comfortable and “connected” guest rooms that feature USB ports, ample charging stations and docking station for most mobile devices.
- Full use of hotel facilities.
- All service chargers associated with the Package.
